Wayne Yeager (co-founder; co-artistic director)
Since beginning theatre studies in 2002 at the University of Wisconsin: River Falls, Wayne has participated in over 100 productions as artistic director, technical director, set designer, and producer. He founded the Hearth Cricket Theatre Company in River Falls before co-founding Reality Aside Theatre in New York in 2007. Favorite New York producing and directing credits include The Complete Works of William Shakespeare: Abridged and The Eight: Reindeer Monologues. Regional directing credits: House Keeper, The Rock Horror Show, Owl and the Pussycat, and Inspecting Carol. Regional technical credits: Hairspray, Little Shop of Horrors, 1940's Radio Hour (all at Surflight Theatre, NJ), Footloose (Tropicana Resort & Casino, Atlantic City, NJ). Regional design credits: The Man Who Came To Dinner, Wait Until Dark (Surflight.) Previously the technical director for the Surflight Theatre, Wayne continues as a freelance set designer. Currently he provides technical oversight for Second Stage Theatre in Midtown. Wayne was producer and graphic designer for the Times Square Arts Center from 2007-2009, and won the 2009 Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities graphic design competition. He offers freelance services in both graphic design and production.

Eve Armstrong (co-founder; co-artistic director) is a science playwright and teacher. She has a B.A. in astrophysics from Columbia University and a M.S. in physics from the University of CA at San Diego, and has been writing science-themed scripts since Reality Aside's inception in 2007. Her dark one-act comedy Vacuum premiered at the Wonderland One-Act Festival at Theatre Row in 2007, and other plays she has written have been produced at the Times Square Arts Center, including the interactive murder mystery Funeral!She has completed a book about her recent experience with a benign cranial tumor. Also an actor, favorite New York credits include The Eight: Reindeer Monologues, The Raven, Before Breakfast, and The Sandbox. She is excited to be touring Reality Aside's Spin 1/2 science comedy group, which aims to pique audiences' curiosity about science. Currently Eve teaches astronomy at CUNY, is an astronomical observer for Columbia, and tutors physics privately.
